the reservation manager and the associated direct booking process are available.

Advantages:

• Direct booking of the reservation in the SR system. No "download" and no more manual reservations in the reservation window required.
• Immediate transfer as soon as the reservation has been sent.
• Every online reservation is already a booking in the SR system without opening the reservation window.
• Adjustments and changes to incoming bookings can be made in the reservation manager.
• Reservations that do not require a "change or addition" do not need to be processed further.
• No restriction on opening. The window can be opened in parallel at all stations and can also remain open.
• Various email templates can be created.
• Flexible search function within the window.
• Availability control when selecting products.

Disadvantages:

• A changeover is a changeover and you have to get used to the new look and feel.
• Only the initial start of the window or the first "clicks" are slow. We are working on a general acceleration of the window.

IMPORTANT:

Transition old to new: With Ctrl + click you can open the previous download window to edit existing reservations.

No changeover desired: If you do not want to change over to the new reservation manager now and still want to "download" the data in the old reservation window, you can leave it activated until the end of the winter season.
