We would like to announce an important change in our business strategy: in order to better meet changing market conditions and customer requirements, we are opening up to new sales structures and saying goodbye to our previous, rigid sales model. As part of this strategic realignment, we are ending our long-standing sales partnership with Montana Technology for Wintersports.‍‍

With the changeover, you will receive our products, updates and extensions directly from us. This allows us to respond to your individual requirements in an even more targeted manner and counteract the trend towards price increases.

However, with this change in concept, we are also closing an important chapter in our company's history. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank Montana and the entire team, with whom we have worked intensively and successfully for decades, and we are aware that change can bring with it questions and possible uncertainties. Montana will of course continue to be your point of contact for all hardware components that you have purchased from Montana.

It is also important for us to emphasize that we have already prepared for the coming season in particular. This includes the SR2024 pre-release, which was already installed with the last update. In addition, as SR Software, we can now offer you a suitable support package directly. In recent years, we have noticed that direct contact with our customers has become increasingly important and the demand for our direct support has steadily increased. At the same time, we have increasingly taken on support for our sales partners. These developments have also prompted us to make our service more comprehensive and to offer you additional support options directly and appropriately.‍

What is changing?

• You can obtain software licenses, updates and extensions directly from SR Software, at more favourable conditions and with simplified processing.
• We officially open our expert support channel to you as a customer and offer demand-based options.

What does not change?

• You will receive the usual service from Montana for all hardware products sold by Montana.
• With SR Software, you continue to have the reliable partner that has continuously supplied you with software for the last 29 years.
